The Stratton House Calendar is open 60 days in advance. If you are inquiring about a long term stay please let me know. The calendar looks booked but 60 days out is is blocked and opens daily. We allow mid-term stays for 30 days at a time with a required cleaning every month to inspect home condition. Pricing for insurance stays is a flat rate and you will need a custom quote.
